Provided by a registered nurse who teaches caregivers, delivers direct care, and manages and evaluates your care. Services performable without nurse supervision do not qualify as skilled nursing care.

Therapy must be specific, safe and presented by a registered specialist. Self-medicated prescriptions are not encouraged. The company is not responsible for any bodily or property damage resulting from therapy.

Covered when given under a doctor's direction to address special and emotional concerns related to your illness, including help finding community resources.

Medical equipment and devices are outsourced. The company takes no responsibility for monetary, operational, drug, or equipment-related issues.

All resources used during doorstep care must be supplied by the customer. The company and attendant are not liable for any loss, damage or breakdown of such resources.

Any behavioral abnormalities by a customer or relatives during treatment will result in immediate termination of doorstep services. No refund or further services will be provided thereafter.

Injections, procedures, investigations, instruments and devices are not included in the consultation fee and will be charged separately.

Consultation includes history taking and examination using a stethoscope, BP instrument and other basic necessary equipment only.

Follow-up charges will be levied accordingly. Unnecessary delays during your appointment will incur extra charges. Please be on time and present at the agreed location.
